Instructions to make Veg au gratin:
  1. For white sauce: take 1pan add butter and add flour stir quickly saute flour. Add milk and stir when milk boiled add salt and pepper, oregano and cheese. Stir continuously and make sami thik sauce. For vegetables: take a pan add butter and garlic and saute.add all the vegetables, salt and pepper, oregano, chilli flacks and stir 2 minutes in to fast gas. Turn gas off. Take 1 microwave proof bowl grease with butter. First layer spread white sauce and then spread second layer of vegetables.
  2. Spread some cheese over it. Then spread third layer of white sauce and then fourth layer of vegetables. Spread all the cheese over it. Drop red chilli sauce for garnishing. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flacks and put bowl in pre heated oven for 200c and 20 minutes.
